A Los Angeles based label by two artists Leticia and Cielo Garcia, focusing on the transformation of recycled and distressed silk cotton fabrics. All tunics, shirts and ponchos are the result of a hand process giving a one of a kind result every time. Lekuin's designs are a study of how a piece of material can transform itself into wearable art, by being a unique result of a creative process. In December 2010 WWD named Lekuin one of the seven new designers to watch.
